RateScan.in, its owners, and contributors accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this Site.

4. No commercial relationships

RateScan.in is an independent, ad-free rate directory. The Site carries no advertising and earns no affiliate commissions, referral fees, or any other compensation from any bank, financial institution, or third party. Rankings are based solely on interest rate yield.

About these rates

Rates are compiled across India's banks and refreshed daily; 65 banks are scraped directly from their official sites, the rest from aggregated sources. Bank deposits are DICGC-insured up to ₹5 lakh; Post Office savings schemes carry a sovereign guarantee (Government of India). Verify on the bank's site before investing.
